How do I get started?
Sweet! You've made it through the curation process and are ready to become a Kixify seller. With your valid credit card in hand, follow the basic steps create your store, upload product and start selling in a matter of minutes!
How much does it cost?
At Kixify, setting up your store is completely FREE! We have tied our success to yours. Only when you sell something do we take a small (8%) transaction fee. You win, we win! No listing fees, no setup fees, no monthly fees. All applicable fees will be charged to the credit card on file at the end of the month.
How many products can I upload?
There is no limit to how many products you can upload, however, we do ask that you consider the flow of your store. Products that are the same, or at least work well together are suggested. Do you have a few different things that you sell? Contact us and we can offer suggestions.
Do I need a paypal account?
Yes. Paypal is the way you get paid! PayPal enables global ecommerce by making payments possible across different locations, currencies, and languages. With 153 million people out there using Paypal to buy things online, it has quickly become the global standard. It is unbelievably easy to get a paypal account. You can do that here. Please be sure to review Paypal's Fees per transaction as they are charged immediately upon each purchase.
How does billing work?
Every month, you will receive a statement from Kixify, which will outline the transaction fees from your sales. This amount will be automatically charged to the credit card you have on file. If your credit card doesn't work for some reason, we'll send over a quick email so you can update your information. For any further question or concerns please email us at cashmoney@Kixify.com.
Who controls my store?
You, you and you! Kixify will give you the tools to edit, track and promote your store, so you can concentrate on your passion for making art, whatever your art may be. You create the store, add the product, and we'll help you promote it! Every store under our roof benefits from heaps of traffic and buyers that are there to... well........buy!
What are store policies?
This is where you, as a seller, communicate with your buyers. You can write a "welcome to your store" message, outline shipping, return, exchange, payment and other policies as well as any other information that might be important to the sale.
Buyer FAQ
Do I need an account to buy?
Nope. You don't need an account to buy something on Kixify, but if you want to post comments or contact sellers you will need one. It will also make buying from Kixify in the future much easier. But don't worry, it's easy and totally free! Sign up here.
Shipping, payment & returns?
Each store, has a "store policy" link. This is where a seller will out line all the important information about buying from their store. If you have any further questions, please contact the seller before making the purchase so there is no confusion.
How do I pay?
You can use a major Credit Card, or your Paypal account to buy. Once you have completed the checkout process, the money goes straight to the sellers Paypal account. That's it!
Do I need a Paypal account?
Nope. It does make it easier to shop online in general, but you can also use a valid credit card to pay the seller. Paypal is still used to process the credit card safely, but no account is necessary. If you want to get a Paypal account, you can do that here.
What if something goes wrong?
The Kixify community is dedicated to top notch customer service and there's no point in a seller ripping anyone off to lose all future sales. That said, it's rare but stuff happens. Kixify encourages its buyers and sellers to work things out in a respectful manner.
We are more than happy to help out where we can, on a case-by-case basis and we regularly scour the site for any suspicious activity and encourage our users to report foul play to us at inappropriate@kixify.com
